RVing in the 1930s

70 years ago, the dream of traveling the country in your very own RV was alive and well. 


Of course, much has changed since then. Sites are no longer a whopping $1 per week (plus $.25 for power hookups) and high-end custom RVs are a bit more expensive than the top-o-the-line $8,000 model back then. That figures since RVs came only in black and white back then. :)

  1. Now that's cool. Funny though, "trailer city" looks a lot like where I grew up, DOOH!!
