I'm sorry to hear that it's cold and rainy/snowy back home. My sympathy goes out to everyone :( ... and for those of you reading from the wet and cold Pacific Northwest, please make sure spring shows up before we return home.
It's 76 degrees here with a light breeze and a cloudless sky. Sorry that is not an April Fools joke, it really is that nice. We're sitting out in the sun enjoying our last full day here before we start our voyage back to winter wonderland (home that is). The kids are at the pool. We wish we could stay longer, but the road home is looming ahead of us.
There's a winery that borders the RV park here and we're going to walk over there with the folks and do a little wine tasting. On our way back from the coast, after visiting Hearst Castle, we drove past about 30 wineries along highway 46. We drove down to Harmony to visit the Harmony Cellars. Back home we've had a good Cabernet from there before that we really enjoyed. We thought we'd try to find them while we were here. We picked up a few bottles from them just before they closed up at 5pm.
I'm seriously considering quitting my job and moving down here.
